Yusuke Kawashima returned to Yanagida & Partners after completing his terms at the Japan Fair Trade Commission (JFTC). Mr. Kawashima was involved in numerous investigations and hearings of infringement matters while at the JFTC, including in the highly specialized field of intellectual property and IT.
