Kazuhiro Yanagida was invited as a panelist in the Forum on Asian Insolvency Reform (FAIR) organized by the World Bank, UNCITRAL, INSOL International and Central Bank of the Philippines. The panel discussions in which he participated were “the Insolvency of Natural Persons” and “Financial Inclusion, Responsible Lending, and Insolvency”.
