Misao Shimizu gave a lecture entitled “The Current Status and Future of IP Disputes in Japan” at the 20th Training Course in Japan to Support Indonesian Legal Development, which was hosted by JICA in cooperation with the Legal Research Institute of the Ministry of Justice.
